Gluten Freedom Review & Giveaway!! Ends 5/9

Wow I just love Etsy! They have so many cute and unique shops! I found Gluten Freedom and they were kind enough to send me a Chocolate lava cake mix to try AND one to giveaway to one lucky reader! Well I made my mini chocolate lava cakes tonight and they were a big hit with me and my kiddos! They were fairly simple to make(while chasing kiddos) and only take 10 minutes to bake! Each mix will make 6 medium ramekin cakes, We decided to top our desserts with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, Hayden and Rylee dug right in and polished off their bowls. My mother also came over for dinner tonight and I ased if she could taste anything different about her cake she couldn't figure anything out that tasted out of the ordinary, I had to show her the package to prove they were really gluten free.(lol) I love how the chocolate flavor wasn't too overwhelming with he chocolate cake and the oozing center. MMM the ooey gooey "lava" inside each cake makes these treats taste AMAZING! I wanted to say thanks again to Gluten Freedom in hosting this review and giveaway!
